**PREORDERS**

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT ALL PREORDERS SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMEFRAME WILL BE BETWEEN 14 and 30 DAYS. DUE TO THE PRODUCTS HAVING TO BE MADE AND THEN SHIPPED TO US DIRECTLY FROM THE MANUFACTURER. ONCE WE HAVE THE PRODUCTS, A SHIPPING OR PICK UP CONFIRMATION WILL BE SENT TO YOU.

**ON-HAND & STOREFRONT**

Orders placed after 4pm EST will be processed the following business day and shipped within 48 hours.

The carrier we ship with is USPS.

All options are provided via checkout.

Once orders are placed, we are unable to cancel or modify an order.

Should there be any discrepancies within the order, we will try to accommodate you the best way possible between three options. We can exchange it for something else within the same price range, issue a credit , or issue a refund.
